Other corporate experience days tend to fall into two categories: Pure driving activities or teambuilding exercises that usually take place on grass and involve transporting staff using various props and other similar games, which – ironically – tend to be scaled-down versions of those used by the army.

A Drive a Tank day experience, however, requires your team to pull together whilst enjoying a fantastic adrenaline rush in real military hardware to meet a serious objective, be it military dominance or the physical challenge of getting round a difficult circuit. You’ll develop the physical, mental and strategic co-ordination that forms the cornerstone of any effective team whilst learning about each others’ particular strengths and having a great time in the process.

You’ll be surprised at some of the results: Often the participants you’d least expect rise to the various challenges, and leaders will gain new insight into how to best manage their team.
